Physical Activity for Good Mental Health (Webinar)

In light of the current situation with many of us remotely working, now more than ever we need to build activity into our day.

Bristol City Council sustainable travel team have combined with Wesport (The West of England Sport Trust) to provide a free 1-hour webinar to the staff of any Bristol Businesses on Wednesday 28th October at 1 pm.

The 1 hour session will be all about how being physically active in and around the working day can help you maintain good mental wellbeing.

Lisa from Wesport will explore how physical activity can help reduce stress and give you support and advice to embed into your daily life. It will also be an opportunity to hear about what support is available from Bristol city council sustainable travel team.
