The World’s Biggest Bike Ride is back for 2021 and we want you to get involved.
The ride is taking place on the first day of Bike Week and the #7daysofcycling and we’ve got lots happening.
This year, we want to make the ride even bigger. Everyone can take part: as long as you get on your bike on Sunday 30 May – alone or with friends – if you log your journey with Cycling UK it will count as being part of the World’s Biggest Bike Ride.
From roadies to mountain bikers, seasoned tourers to family groups, the fit to the not so fit, every single person can participate and celebrate the bike and the joy of riding.
We want to get tens of thousands of people riding on one day; to show the country how great cycling is for the environment, for congestion and for our own health and wellbeing. The more of us that get out on our bikes and trikes, the bigger an impact the event will have.
Over the next few weeks we’ll have lots of stories about who is taking part, plus advice, tips and inspiration ahead of the event.
But for now, all you need to do is pledge to take part, tell everyone you know, and get ready to be a part of the biggest cycling ride…ever!
